In 2006 Firstsite moved out of The Minories in Colchchester for a larger space nearby. Raphael Pepper was commissioned by Firstsite to respond to this and he made drawings of the homes of visitors to the Minories. This was done by asking people to submit images of their homes, once the drawings were done they were sent back to the people who had submitted free of charge. That person was then welcome to keep, sell or pass on that drawing to a third party at their own volition.
